1. Service Scope
RSLTECH INC provides electronics diagnosis and repair services. Customers should call before visiting to discuss the device, symptoms, and service availability.
2. Initial Diagnosis and Quote
The repair process begins with a preliminary inspection. The technician would explain the issue, proposed work, estimated price, and expected timing based on the device, damage, required testing, and parts availability.
3. Customer Approval and Payment
No repair work should begin until the customer approves the quote. If the approved scope changes, the customer should receive an updated explanation and price before additional work begins. Payment is normally due when the approved work is complete and the device is ready for pickup.
4. Timing and Pickup
Repair times are estimates, not guarantees. Many common repairs may be completed the same day or next day, but delays can result from diagnosis, hidden damage, parts availability, testing, or customer response time.
The customer should collect the device within the time explained by the shop and keep the receipt or other repair record for warranty support.
5. Device Access and Data
The customer is responsible for backing up important data before service whenever possible. A technician may need reasonable access to diagnose symptoms and test the approved repair. Data preservation cannot be guaranteed.
6. 180-Day Limited Repair Warranty
The limited warranty begins on the pickup date and covers defects in parts replaced during the repair and the workmanship used to complete that repair.
It does not cover new accidental damage, liquid exposure, software issues, unrelated faults, misuse, unauthorized later repair work, or parts that were not replaced. A customer requesting support should contact the shop and provide the repair receipt or another repair record.
7. Additional Terms
Service availability and final repair terms may depend on the device, required parts, diagnosis, and approved quote. Any terms provided on a repair receipt or written estimate also apply to that repair.
